Tristan Hunt (GB)
Tristan Hunt is a leading ADHD coach and advocate for neurodiversity in the music industry. With over 20 years of experience spanning artist development, executive leadership, and mental health advocacy, he now runs the world’s first coaching practice dedicated specifically to music professionals with ADHD. Since launching the service in 2022, Tristan has supported over 250 creatives across 20 countries – from Grammy-nominated artists to C-suite executives – helping them transform their challenges into strategic strengths. His client roster includes names like Sony Music UK, AlphaTheta, and the BPI, and his educational work spans institutions including Berklee College of Music, Beatport, and BIMM. Tristan is a mentor for the BPI and Abbey Road Studios’ Grow Music programme, a guest lecturer on the ADHD Foundation’s Professional Coaching Diploma, and a regular contributor to global conferences on mental health, creativity, and performance. He joins ADE Green this year to share practical insights on how neurodiversity can power sustainable, thriving creative careers.
