Theo Nasa (GB)
Theo Nasa is a South London-based DJ, producer and vocalist known for his distinctive, high-energy approach to electronic music. Blending dark, esoteric and otherworldly elements with raw rave energy, his sound continues to establish him as a distinctive voice within the global techno landscape.
Growing up in 1990s London, Theo was heavily influenced by the sounds of Jungle and Drum & Bass before discovering the raw energy and attitude of early-2000s Grime. These foundations have played a defining role in shaping his musical identity, informing a style that draws on breaks, rave stabs, heavy kicks, hypnotic percussion and unconventional sound design.
Over the years, Theo has performed across some of the most recognised platforms in electronic music, including Creamfields, Fabric, EXHALE, KNTXT and BoilerRoom, delivering energetic and unpredictable sets that reflect his wide-ranging musical influences.
In 2013, Theo launched Alien Sound Trax, an independent label and creative platform dedicated to his uncompromising approach to production. His music has since appeared on respected labels including Rekids, WATB, VoxNox and UNCAGE, while his vocals have featured on releases and projects connected with Rødhåd’s Fabric Presents, Len Faki’s Figure, Ramiro Lopez’s Suara project and Charlotte de Witte’s Resistance.
Away from the booth and studio, Theo has developed a strong presence through his social platforms, where his distinctive and charismatic track reviews have connected with a growing audience beyond the traditional electronic music space. His ability to combine genuine musical knowledge with personality has made him a recognisable voice within the wider culture surrounding underground dance music.
With a career built around independence, experimentation and a deep connection to underground music culture, Theo Nasa continues to evolve his sound while remaining firmly committed to doing things on his own terms.
