Tessa Giller (NL)

Tessa Giller is Head of Strategy at the Prince Claus Fund. She lives and works in Amsterdam.

Tessa previously led the development of the Fund's international programmes before moving into her current role. She currently leads the development of Exchanges, a residency and collaboration programme connecting international artists with the Dutch cultural landscape. Within the wider funding infrastructure she works on promoting trust-based forms of support, rethinking the wider power dynamics involved in funding, and how institutions can influence this shift by reimagining processes and learning from their communities. Alongside this, Tessa's work centers around the importance of international cultural exchange, within the sector and beyond, especially at a moment when the space for cross-border collaboration is increasingly under pressure.
