With a career spanning 20 years in the events industry - across sports, community and B2B, with roles in PLC, local authority, CIC, charity, startup and scale-up businesses - Steph has experienced a wide range of organisational structures, and now leads Kambe Events as Managing Director following its transition to an Employee Ownership Trust. As organisers of the UK’s first employee-owned festival, Shambala, Kambe Events is fiercely independent and deeply values-led with sustainability at its core.
