Deep in the hub of Germany, the raw sounds of 20 year old Maximilian Seethaler’s tycoon SAINT WKND is fusing danceable mixture of deep, tech and house beats with a subtle tropical-like inspired round of evocative chilled indie sounds. In less then a year he reached an impressive 6 million unique Soundcloud plays and scored #1 spot on the all acclaimed Hype Machine with a remix for Australian future-beat boss Chet Faker’s cover of “Lover”. SAINT WKND’s remixes of Hoodlem’s ‘Old Friend’, Alt-J’s ‘Left Hand Free’ and Zhu’s Faded are all in the pipeline for 2015.
