Roell Sapphire (NL)

Roell Sapphire has been part of house music scene from the start of this century. A Dutch DJ and producer, he became one of the core artists of Magnitude Recordings when his first release on the label landed in 2005. A year later, "Stuck In The Middle" broke through, finding its way onto big festival stages and onto Paul Hazendonk's Sound Shifting compilation.
Together with his close friend and label owner Francesco Pico, he formed Stuccato Fusion, the duo behind Magnitude classics like "We Went To Pluto By Bus" and "A Robot For My King." Over the years his music also found homes on Spinifex, Odori and Days like nights.
His signature sound sits right between rolling progressive and tech house: deep, driving basslines with a freaky, twisted edge that keeps the dancefloor guessing. Groovy, dark and never too polished.
In 2025 he returned to the label that shaped him for the 20Y Revisit EP, reworking early Magnitude classics for a new generation. Still producing and back behind the decks, Roell Sapphire brings that same mix of groove, freakiness and dancefloor instinct to Amsterdam Dance Event 2026.
