Rachel Graham (FR)
American born- Rachel ditched Genetic Biology to attend The Glasgow School of Art in Scotland in 1999 where she discovered electronic music for the first time.
Moving from photographing bands & concerts to organising shows and events, she formed Passé in 2004, a reactive name chosen against the mass obsession with "the new" within the music industry.
Taking on the full gambit of music consulting, and management for Optimo in Glasgow, as well as continuing to work with other local bands as a management and creative consultant. Passé moved it's HQ to London in 2008 where Rachel worked as the creative manager for Franz Ferdinand, Ivan Smagghe, K-X-P, and in 2011 started Passé Publishing, music publishing company.
Based in Paris since 2014 Rachel continues to focus on music publishing, sync and licensing for InFiné Music, Passé, as well as selected other catalogues.
