Phoebe Spencer (GB)

Phoebe’s deep-rooted passion for discovering new music has led her to chase the best dance-floors the world has to offer, including Defected Croatia, where in 2023 she connected with the team and began her professional career. Starting in radio and club promotions, she quickly proved her instinct for music and community, earning a promotion to the A&R team in April 2025. Based in London, Phoebe co-founded In The Loop LDN alongside her best friend Millie - a platform built to connect the vibrant community of music lovers they’ve met along the way. Through it, they champion open-mindedness, sonic discovery, and the importance of showing up -supporting artists, events, and the culture that keeps the scene alive. Although still at an early stage in her music industry career, Phoebe’s future is shaping up to be an exciting one.
