Peven Everett is a former child prodigy from Harvey, Illinois, a suburb just south of Chicago. Peven plays 13 instruments and teaches all ages.

Peven played Carnegie Hall at age 17 with Betty Carter as her trumpeter. He owns his own record label called Studi Confession Entertainment and has produced over 700 records. He's had both Jazz & Dance music success with hit records like Gabriel, Stuck, Burnin Hot, Put Your Back In It and countless others.

He's called the Voice Of Dance Music and is also a part of the world famous Gorillaz. Peven is co producer on Strobelite and Halway To The Halfway House. His song Baby Won't You Try Me was featured at Paris Fashion Week on January 2026 at the request of head designer Veronique Nichanian. Peven is releasing a documentary film in October with Denholm Hewlett called Voice Of A Generation. A tour will likely follow. Things are looking up with Peven's battle with Stage 4 lung cancer and he is set to release a new album called Man vs Machine with roll out starting in November 2026.
