Nico Trejo (AR)

Born in Quilmes, Buenos Aires, Argentina, on December 8, 1989, he developed a strong connection with music from an early age, exploring the world of percussion. This initial passion awakened a deep curiosity for downtempo, ethnic, and atmospheric sounds, influences that would later shape his musical identity within Deep and Progressive House.

​His first steps as a DJ took place as a resident of Anestesia, a renowned electronic music event in Quilmes, Buenos Aires. This period became an essential part of his artistic development and helped him build his own identity behind the decks.

​Later, he became co-founder of Equilibrio Records, a record label focused on electronic music, particularly Organic House, Downtempo, and progressive sounds. This marked a new chapter in his career, combining his artistic vision with the development of a musical project dedicated to expressing a distinctive sonic identity.

​In 2024, he reached an important milestone with his first international tour in Europe. He performed twice in Denmark and later took part in the Equilibrio Records Showcase at the iconic Kadinsky in Amsterdam, marking his first major international experience and expanding his artistic journey beyond the Argentine electronic music scene.
