Natural Symphony (GB)

Natural Symphony is the award-winning live audio-visual artist and immersive installation designer Joseph Dean, known for merging nature, music, and technology in transformative ways. Using self-built systems that translate biofeedback and energy from plants, trees, and the natural world, he creates performances where nature becomes both composer and performer. His work has been featured at Glastonbury, Burning Man, and on English TV and radio, captivating audiences with experiences that blur the boundaries between science, art, and spirit. Alongside large-scale installations and live shows, Joseph leads Seeds of Sound, a project supporting Indigenous communities in the Amazon. There, he records spatial soundscapes, collaborates with local musicians, and develops opportunities for cultural preservation and reforestation. Natural Symphony’s practice explores the unseen frequencies that connect humans and the natural world, using sound and light as storytelling tools to inspire awe, ecological awareness, and collective healing.
