Nastya Syradoieva (UA)

Nastya Syradoieva has led ∄ (K41) — Kyiv’s influential cultural institution and nightclub — since 2019. With nine years of experience in cultural production and project management, she oversees the club’s strategy, operations, and international partnerships. Together with her team, she launched the K41 Community Fund and delivered impactful projects that gained international visibility. Nastya is dedicated to fostering artistic exchange, supporting marginalized communities, and amplifying Ukraine’s cultural presence on the global stage during wartime.
