Miss Mazzy x LAURENCE (NL)

Miss Mazzy x LAURENCE is a musical duo that brings classical music and experimental club culture together. Singer Mazarine Wensvoort and cellist Laurence Gaudreau experiment with strings, vocals and electronics, redefining environments in a creative play between eras. Their work brings music from the medieval and baroque periods, by composers including Hildegard von Bingen, Henry Purcell and Claudio Monteverdi, into dialogue with contemporary electronic sounds. They have performed at venues and events including Brainwash Festival, the Van Gogh Museum, Radion and Skatecafe.
