Matt Lally (GB)

Since joining Hospital Records in 2019 as a Promotions Assistant, Matt Lally has steadily progressed to Label Manager, where he now leads the label’s release schedule, campaign strategies, and artist development.

In his previous role as the label’s Marketing Manager, Matt was instrumental in driving the label’s growth across social media platforms and expanding its audience reach. Through building up a network of strong industry connections, he also took charge of Hospital’s in-house radio and PR operations, ensuring seamless communication and strategic exposure for the label and its artists.
