Margot Bastiaans (NL)

Margot Bastiaans is Head of A&R at CTM Publishing and a music industry professional with over a decade of experience across the international entertainment landscape.

Since entering the industry in 2012, Margot has worked across artist management, booking, label services and music publishing, with previous roles at Ace Agency, SPEC Management and Warner Music Benelux. This diverse background has shaped her into a versatile A&R with a strong understanding of both the creative and business sides of an artist’s career.

At CTM Publishing, Margot works with a broad range of established and emerging artists, songwriters and producers, including Lucas & Steve, FISHER, Chris Lake, Shermanology and many more. Her work focuses on artist and writer development, creative matchmaking, international songwriting and production collaborations, and identifying opportunities for music to travel beyond its home market.

With a sharp musical instinct, a broad understanding of contemporary pop and an extensive international network, Margot is passionate about connecting the right people in the room and developing music with global potential.
