Marcela Moura is an artistic producer, executive event strategist, and founder of SeteRosas Produções Artísticas, a production company established in 2025 focused on artisticdirection, cultural programming, executive production, and brand-driven live experiences.

With over 20 years of experience in large-scale festivals, cultural projects, and liveentertainment, Marcela specializes in artist relations, backstage operations, strategicpartnerships, and audience experience.

Through Sete Rosas and throughout her career, Marcela has been behind some of Brazil’smost influential events and cultural initiatives, including Rock in Rio, Rock the Mountain, andFestival do Rio, leading complex collaborations between artists, sponsors, production teams,and institutional partners. Her expertise lies in managing high-level stakeholders, deliveringcomplex contractual obligations, and ensuring seamless execution in high-pressure,fast-moving environments.

In 2026, Marcela joins Rock in Rio leading the backstage production for the Global Villagestage, overseeing artist operations and backstage logistics for one of the festival’s mostculturally diverse and internationally focused stages.

With a background in Cinema and Cultural Management, Marcela brings a distinctiveperspective on how production design, human relationships, and operational systems shapeextraordinary live experiences.
