Luke Spill (GB)

Luke is the founder of MAISE, a new music platform helping artists bring ambitious projects to life with the backing of their fans. From recording and releasing music to touring and live experiences, MAISE aims to make it easier for artists to fund their work while bringing their communities closer to the creative process.

Before starting MAISE, Luke worked across the music industry at Universal Music Group, Virgin Music and Boiler Room, developing media, digital and commercial strategies for artists and music businesses.

Luke has most recently been conducting research into the economics of music, the challenges of artist funding and the evolving relationship between artists and their fans while at Oxford University.
