Koos Groenendijk (NL)

Koos Groenendijk is a Dutch music executive, entrepreneur and artist manager with nearly two decades of experience across artist management, live music, festivals, record labels and entertainment.

He currently serves as Director of SEG Artists, the music and entertainment division of international talent management company SEG. From Amsterdam, Koos and his team work with artists, producers and creative entrepreneurs, combining artist management with business development, strategic partnerships, investments and the creation of new ventures.

Koos began his career in 2007 at Grey Men, where he gained his first experience in the financial and business management of artists. In 2013, he founded Bespoke, an independent management company representing and advising artists including The Opposites, The Partysquad, Adje and Jiggy Djé.

Over the following years, his work expanded across different areas of the music business. He became involved with Barong Family, the Amsterdam-based record label founded by Yellow Claw and was closely involved with Amsterdam’s Appelsap Festival as co-owner and booker.

In 2020, Koos joined SEG to lead its newly established Artists division. Today, his work extends well beyond traditional artist management. Alongside managing and developing talent including Kybba, he focuses on building businesses and intellectual property around creative talent, developing new partnerships and identifying investment and acquisition opportunities across music and entertainment.

This entrepreneurial approach has also led to ventures outside traditional music management. Koos is one of the driving forces behind INFUUS, a new consumer brand at the intersection of hydration, sport, music and culture, developed together with creative and entrepreneurial partners from within his network.
