As VP of Data & AI at DEPT, I lead a European team working at the intersection of marketing and technology. Together we translate business problems into data and AI solutions, bringing a wide range of data and AI experts to every challenge. A lot of our work comes back to the customer journey. We started out modelling it with recommender systems and predictive models, and today we help the most ambitious brands rethink it for a world of agentic commerce. The shift we care about most: AI is moving from predicting customer behaviour to actively shaping it, becoming a decisive actor in how people discover, decide and buy.
