Hady Tarek (EG)

Veteran DJ, producer, and sound engineer Hady Tarek has been a pillar of the Egyptian electronic music scene for over two decades. His career began in 2002, quickly gaining a reputation for his track selection skills, which led to a regular guest DJ spot on Egypt’s biggest radio station, Nile FM. In 2007, he was a driving force behind BAYFEST, Egypt's first three-day electronic music festival, where he performed alongside global names like Matthew Dekay and John Creamer.

Since his first release in 2012, Hady’s productions have gained international acclaim on labels like Bonzai Progressive (BE), FSOE UV (UK), ICONYC (NYC), and Movement Recordings (GR), with many charting on Beatport. His reputation as an international performer has taken him to cities across Europe and the Middle East, sharing the stage at major festivals with artists such as Sasha, Joris Voorn, Ame, and Kevin de Vries.

As the head honcho of his own label, Kollectiv, his music continues to be supported by top names in the industry. The label’s showcases in Amsterdam, Madrid, and Cairo have solidified his position as a key figure in the global scene.
