FUNKY BAKERY DJ Cozmo

Born in 1966. Behind the decks since 1985.

My musical journey started in the clubs of Kassel and the surrounding area, and over the years has taken me to festivals, private parties and special events. From 2010 to 2013, I was a resident DJ at Panoptikum Club.

My sound moves between Funk, Soul and House Music – from timeless classics and rare grooves to modern club tracks. For me, it’s not about the genre, it’s about the groove, the sound and the energy on the dancefloor.

I’m also deeply into the technical side of DJing. I collect and modify rotary DJ mixers and have built and rebuilt several loudspeakers in my ongoing search for the perfect sound. For me, music is not only about what you play – it’s also about how it sounds.

More than four decades behind the decks and still chasing that perfect groove, that perfect sound and that moment when everything comes together.
