Finlay Johnson (GB)
Finlay Johnson is CEO of the Association for Electronic Music (AFEM), the global trade association representing electronic music companies across more than 40 countries. In this role, he works to amplify the best of electronic music culture and reduce barriers to education and commerce across the industry, spanning policy, rights management, equity, diversity and inclusion, and member engagement.
Finlay began his career in multiple venue production, artist liaison and curatorial roles at the Edinburgh International Festival Fringe, the world's largest arts festival. He then moved to WME's London office, initially building and executing arena tours before becoming a live agent representing DJs and live acts across underground clubs, festivals and headline tours, a role he held for a decade.
