Born to a Moroccan Amazigh father from the High Atlas Mountains and a Belgian mother, FATIA channels her rich heritage into a bold and borderless sound. Her music fuses hypnotic North African rhythms and ethnic live instruments with Western dance beats and an eclectic blend of house styles—from Oriental and Afro House to uplifting Tech and Tribal grooves. Since her debut in 2020, FATIA has carved out a name for herself with standout tracks like Red Moon and Aiwa, both climbing international charts. Aiwa also features an incredible remix from esteemed French artist, Rafael Cerato. In 2023, she unveiled her third EP Leila on Deep In Your Soul, featuring powerful remixes, including one by Aytiwan. Written in the transformative frequency of Love 528 Hz, the EP explores the healing and universal force of love.In 2024, celebrated artist Wally Lopez invited FATIA to remix his track Habibi, marking a standout moment in her artistic journey. On stage, FATIA is a dynamic presence. She has performed at some of Belgium’s most iconic festivals and clubs : Four times at Tomorrowland, Thé Dansant, Nocturama, Irma , Full Circle festival and many more…seamlessly blending her skills as DJ, singer, and producer. Her performances span the globe, from Panama’s Bocas del Toro to Mallorca, Italy, Montreal, from Egypt’s Sinai desert to Morocco’s buzzing nightlife and majestic deserts. In summer 2025, She released her latest track Asgwas on Café de Anatolia. Meaning “Year” in her father’s Amazigh dialect, the track is a celebration of life and music.
October 2025 sees her remix of the Moulayitein EP from Mel7em, a release that has captured the attention of artists across the scene. FATIA's unique creative representation, embodied in a mesmerising wardrobe that breathes life into her Amazigh roots heritage, propels her to the forefront of the global music community , where she is eagerly sought after. Summer 2026 she features on Sound of dunes label Compilation Suhail with a new track “Aiwa primus”.
