Dennison de Lima Gomes, better known as DENNIS, is certainly a phenomenon! He is renowned as one of the most talented and versatile artists in the funk scene today. Born in Duque de Caxias, RJ, he took to the road at the age of 13, when he started playing at neighborhood parties. At the age of 15, he was already doing weddings and large events, and at 17 he had his first show on the now defunct Imprensa FM radio. But his fame skyrocketed when he joined the Furacão 2000 team. At the time, he produced the biggest hits in Rio de Janeiro funk such as “Cerol na Mão”, “Um tapinha não dói”, “Dança da Motinha”, “De segunda a sexta”, “Vai Lacraia”, and many other songs that have been etched into the memories of the public.

He had an epiphany and decided to step out from behind the scenes of production and take credit for his songs as an artist. Ultimately, the tracks were his own creations – he wrote, produced, and conceptualized them. He was inspired by David Guetta and Tiesto.

His most recent work, "Tá OK" with Kevin o Chris, has achieved over 100 million streams on Spotify, topping the charts in Brazil, Portugal, and reaching #25 GLOBAL, as well as many other countries. It's a HIT!
