Daryl Dee (GB)

A DJ and Promoter from London; he has been spinning for over 15 years and is famed for his Deep and Soulful House sets. It all started around 1997 attempting to play Jungle records with a few pals! After buying his first set of decks in 1999, he knew this was for him. Daryl got into UK Garage and started putting on events in his local pub, house parties and birthday's. The more he played and listened to Garage the more he gradually got into the ‘Old Skool' or 'US’ garage sound of the early 90's then after a chance meeting with Chris Dines (back then dj dinezy) in 2001 he got the bug which is HOUSE. They went on to host parties together and create Sucasa Beats a record label specialising in Deep and Soulful House which ran for 5 years between 2005/10. Daryl, always interested in putting on parties, started to put on his own nights in and around his home town of Harrow and West London. At this point, Daryl started to get involved in pirate radio, with guest slots on various stations around London he became famed for his deep and soulful house sets. And still to this day, he keeps faithful to the genre he loves! Over the years Daryl has had the opportunity to play at some of London's most famous night spots such as Turnmills, Vibe Bar, Bar Rumba, Plan B, Raving Buddha, Fez, Departure and Fluid Bar to name a few. He has also been lucky enough to play exclusive guest slots in Europe: Poxx Bar in Malta and Es Paradise, Orange Corner and Itaca all in San Antonio, Ibiza. More recently has seen Daryl hold down two central London residencies (Fridays @ Ish Bar) & (Saturdays @ Dirty Martini) where he catered for a more commercial crowed playing RnB, Uk Garage & House. Daryl is now back focusing on his favoured Deep & Soulful House sound with a new radio show.
