Daniel Caruso is Head of New Talents at Sirup Music Group and runs talent activity through CMD Talents and Sirup Artist Agency in Baar, Switzerland. He is the creative link between the artist agency, management and the publishing company: booking, development and settlements on one side, and hands-on management support for the exclusive writers signed to Sirup Music Publishing on the other. An active talent scout, he travels worldwide looking for artists and authors who fit the roster. He is the contact for writers and artists who need a path into Sirup’s catalogue, management or booking setup. At ADE he meets managers, promoters and publishers who want to talk talent, rights and how a record turns into a career.
