Charlotte Spillerova (ES)

Charlotte Spillerova is the Label Director at Drumcode Records, working closely alongside Adam Beyer to oversee Drumcode and its sub-labels, Truesoul and DCLTD. Over the past five years, she has helped shape the labels’ release strategy, artist campaigns and continued growth, working across A&R, streaming, marketing and the wider digital landscape.

With a decade of experience in the music industry, Charlotte previously spent five years at Believe, working across digital distribution, label management and marketing with a diverse roster of independent artists. There, she led a number of campaigns for Max Cooper among others.

Her work sits at the intersection of music, strategy and culture, with a particular focus on how independent labels can build lasting artist careers and grow audiences.
