Charles O’Neill leads Global A&R and Sourcing at Duetti, where he oversees the company’s global artist and rights acquisition strategy. Since joining Duetti as part of its founding team, Charles scaled the company’s A&R and sourcing organization, transacting with more than 1,100 artists in over 40 countries. His work sits at the intersection of A&R, music rights, technology, and investment, with a focus on identifying and unlocking value for independent artists and rights holders. Prior to Duetti, Charles held business development and partnerships roles at TIDAL and SoundCloud.
