C6 (NL)

C6 known to his mom as George Anthony Kool, born on April 15th 1983, grew up in Amsterdam where his love for House music started. At the age of 16 the young George started working at Midtown Records in Amsterdam. One of the first dance-oriented record stores in the Netherlands. While selling vinyl George interest for House music started to grow and soon enough House music became a big part of his life. In 2006, George decided he wanted to take it to next level and that’s what he did. Strong minded as he was he founded Chega Recording and in a short amount of time established itself as a real House label. Chega Recording was appreciated by the scene which George is still thankful for. Dada Life, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Hardwell and Nicky Romero are just a few examples of artists whose tracks and remixes were released by Chega. After five successful years of managing the label, George made a life changing career move and started to focus on his own productions. With that being said and all fired up, C6 was born. After C6 locked himself up in the studio he defined his signature sound: energetic, in-your-face, no nonsense bigroom bombs. Determined in his journey to take over the world C6 continued making remixes for big artists such as Laidback Luke, Steve Aoki, Lil Jon, Arno Cost, Norman Doray and Scars on 45. As well as releases on major labels like Atlantic, 3Beat, EMI, Ultra, Mixmash and Nervous Records. His hunger for success makes C6 on top of his game and more eager to become an EDM favorite!
