Beatriz Costa is Executive Manager at SNTS, a Brazilian creative agency at the intersection of music, fashion, culture, and experience. She oversees the full operation of the agency, from strategic direction and team leadership to project execution and financial management, working closely with the founding partners to drive growth and position SNTS as a reference in creative entertainment.

Her work spans end-to-end event production, marketing campaigns, and brand partnerships, always with a focus on building experiences that feel culturally relevant and creatively sharp. Beatriz leads multidisciplinary teams and manages relationships with clients, artists, and collaborators across Brazil and internationally.

At Amsterdam Dance Event, she represents SNTS and its belief that the most powerful experiences happen at the crossroads of creativity, community, and culture.
