Andy Varley (GB)

Aged 17, Andy was awarded the title of Young Entrepreneur of the Year after he launched Insanity Entertainment, an event management and promotions company.

After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Kent University in 2003, Andy made the decision to rename his company and incorporate it as Insanity Artists Agency Ltd, focusing on the role of live touring agent to a growing roster of DJ’s and recording artists.

In 2007, the Insanity Artists Agency management roster was streamlined as Insanity Talent Management Ltd. Over the coming years, Insanity Talent Management grew into a multi-million-pound turnover company representing clients across the areas of music, broadcast, and digital.

The live touring agency roster, Insanity Artists Agency was rebranded Loco Talent in 2014, booking lucrative tours and personal appearances in the UK, Europe, US, Asia and Australia.

In 2015, Andy inked a JV with Sony Music UK CEO Jason Iley. Since its inception, Insanity Records has enjoyed a no.1 and No.2 album with Craig David, and a No.5 album with hotly tipped singer songwriter Tom Grennan.

In March 2019, Andy announced Insanity’s partnership with Barry’s Bootcamp, which saw the creation of a forward thinking new fitness talent management business, IXB Talent.

Now in its 21st year of trading, Insanity Group employs a team of 36 staff at its offices in High Street Kensington, London, and 6 people in its offices in Los Angeles, California.
