We are a community-driven initiative with a future-forward approach to food systems and dining experiences. Born in 2019 from the community kitchen and hub, De Sering, TestTafel is a restaurant that is constantly evolving. We are committed to creating a fairer food system, while pushing the boundaries of plant-based dishes through thoughtful culinary creativity. The TestTafel experience not only provides a future-forward take on fine dining, but also helps provide meals for the people. TestTafel is located within the art space Mediamatic, an organisation dedicated to developing and presenting cross-disciplinary art, design, and science practices.
