The Evolution of Sponsorships: from Visibility to Immersion
Speakers: Lotte van den Broek (Creative Director), & more speakers TBA
Moderator: Margriet de Kroon (Marketing Director, TicketSwap)
In today’s experience-driven entertainment landscape, traditional brand visibility is no longer enough. Audiences expect meaningful interactions, authentic storytelling and added value, pushing sponsorships far beyond logos on stage banners and branded activations.
This panel explores how sponsorships have evolved from transactional visibility deals into immersive partnerships that actively shape the event experience. From curated side programming and fan engagement to cultural storytelling and community-building, brands are increasingly becoming creative collaborators rather than passive financiers.
How can events and brands create partnerships that feel authentic instead of intrusive? What makes fans genuinely engage with branded experiences? And how do you balance commercial objectives with cultural credibility?
Bringing together professionals from across music, events and brand partnerships, the conversation will unpack the future of sponsorships in an industry where relevance, creativity and emotional connection matter more than ever.
