Founded as an independent label with an international outlook, Leisure Music Productions describes its mission as connecting people around the world through high-quality music, with a particular emphasis on the relationship between rhythm, groove, melody and emotion. The label is based in Vienna and has developed an international catalogue featuring producers and DJs from different musical and cultural backgrounds.

For the past five years, Leisure Music Productions has built a strong and lasting connection with the South African electronic music community through its involvement with AfricaBurn, developing friendships, artistic collaborations and a wider creative family around the label.

That relationship will now move from the South African desert to Amsterdam, as members of this extended family come together with Leisure Music Productions during ADE for a dedicated label event.

FROM AFRICABURN TO AMSTERDAM

The connection between Leisure Music Productions and South Africa has developed over the past five years through the shared experience of AfricaBurn, where the label and its community established a main theme camp and created a space centred around music, connection, creativity and collective experience.

What began as a gathering around music and the unique culture of AfricaBurn has developed into a genuine international family connecting artists, DJs, producers, creatives and friends across continents. ADE 2026 marks the first time Leisure Music Productions will officially bring this South African family together in Amsterdam. The meeting of these two communities the label's European home in Vienna and its long-standing South African connection forms a central theme of this year's ADE gathering.

Rather than simply presenting a conventional label showcase, Leisure Music Productions aims to create an environment that reflects the values that have shaped its journey: music, community, friendship, cultural exchange and shared experiences.

ADE 2026

The upcoming ADE event represents an opportunity for Leisure Music Productions to bring its label philosophy into a live environment and connect its international network of artists, DJs, producers, industry professionals and electronic music audiences.

“ADE is a unique meeting point for the international electronic music community. For Leisure Music Productions, this event is an opportunity to bring together our artists, our sound and the people who have supported the label throughout its journey.”

Most festival events have an age limit of 18+ (and sometimes even 21+ or 23+). These are Dutch governmental rules which state that below the age of 18 you are not allowed to enter a club.

Please double-check the promoter's or venue's website to be sure you can access the event!

Yes, the ADE Pro Pass grants you access to all ADE official festival events.

Be aware though that there are over 1,200 events during ADE that you can enter with the Pro Pass wristband and that ADE cannot guarantee access. There is a limited capacity that each venue can take into account for Pro Pass holders. This means for some of the more crowded events you have to arrive early. Once capacity is reached, we will go over in a full-for-now policy. The festival event organizer will decide when and if more people are allowed to go in.

The ADE Pro Pass is the perfect fit if you are planning on enjoying the combination of day and night events. If you want guaranteed access to a particular festival event, we advise you to get a single festival ticket instead.
