A club experience that moves you from the inside out. An ADE Special: guided breathwork meets live improvised electronic music.

Breath of Freedom brings guided breathwork and live electronic music into one room. The waves of the music meet the waves of the breath: a space to reconnect with your body, yourself and the people around you.

ADE fills Amsterdam with music and movement. Breath of Freedom offers another way in: through the breath.

This edition is created in collaboration with Vrijburg: an iconic church in the heart of Amsterdam. A place for reflection, connection and exploring what gives life meaning.

Together, Breath of Freedom and Vrijburg create a space where the worlds of club culture, breathwork and spirituality meet: club breath. A different kind of club experience: one that invites you to slow down, feel and connect.

A DJ from the club scene builds a live, ambient soundscape in the moment: moving from deep bass and subtle rhythms to higher frequencies, spacious textures and waves of sound.

The music follows the rhythm of the room and the breath of the group, shaped by the energy of the people in it.

The soundscape moves between pulse and silence, intensity and stillness. Stillness becomes the movement.

The breath becomes the rhythm.
The music becomes the wave that carries you from the inside out.

A way to quiet the running monkey in your mind and arrive fully in the present moment. To explore what emerges when you make space and allow yourself to be exactly where you are. When you meet yourself and breathe with whatever is there, that is where freedom begins.

Breath of Freedom happens in one room, breathing side by side. Everyone is free to experience the moment in their own way. You can turn towards the energy of the room and the people around you. Or follow your own breath, inward. There is space for both.

A place where curiosity, excitement, vulnerability, shyness and aliveness all have space.

From there, we find each other.
