This year, that idea crosses BORDERS for the first time. BEFORE makes its debut at Amsterdam Dance Event alongside EKANITE at UNDRGRND, opening the first international chapter.

But BEFORE started in Madrid with one simple idea…

It was born at Lula Club, one of Madrid’s key venues in the electronic scene. To give the spotlight to the moment where great nights actually begin.

Because nights don’t just happen. They’re built.

And every great night starts long BEFORE the dancefloor fills up.

BEFORE doesn’t belong to one genre, one venue, or one format. It belongs to that moment we ALL share before going out. When you meet up with friends, the music starts, and the night can still go ANYWHERE.

Because there’s always a BEFORE.

That’s why EVERY edition is different. House, melodic, techno, or whatever sound fits the identity of the space and the collaboration. BEFORE evolves with every project without losing its core: creating the best possible start to a great night.

Along the way, BEFORE has teamed up with some of Madrid’s most iconic venues, like Lula Club and LAB the Club, proof that one philosophy can adapt to different concepts, crowds, and musical worlds.

BEFORE’s visual identity is built together with Telepixel, a creative agency specialized in art direction, branding, and audiovisual experiences for the electronic music industry. Their creative vision has been key in shaping BEFORE’s universe, giving every edition its own identity while staying true to the brand’s evolution.

Today BEFORE keeps growing.
