A masterclass featuring the German producer and composer Niklas Paschburg. When he presented his debut album '‘Oceanic’ to the world, it was dubbed ‘one of the most beautiful records of 2018’ by NPR, and the now 25-year-old has a lot to live up to. Happily, new single ‘If’ does not disappoint. After completing a full schedule of live shows across the globe, he chose Svalbard, a Norwegian archipelago between mainland Norway and the North Pole as the birthplace of his latest work. He then took these compositions to Andy Barlow of Lamb (U2 and Willie Nelson) in Brighton, and they worked together to record, produce and mix ‘If’. The track plots a marker in time and points towards an upcoming second album which will arrive in early 2021.
