If you're not careful, life in the dance world can feel confusingly chaotic one minute, wearingly repetitious the next, without any space to find your bearings or work out where you're going. Lots of DJs, producers and other professionals find the gruelling routine is what drives them to burn out – but others thrive on regularity in their life. So what separates good routine from bad? How can we keep the level of excitement and spontaneity that we all value while keeping a handle on what we're going to be doing next week, next month, next year? For this panel, we'll be speaking with industry experts and artists about their routines, how they maintain them and how they help with their endeavours. We'll also explore how frequency and routine can be used as tools to help us find space to address some of the deeper seated issues within the electronic music sphere.
