Troy Carter: The industry we want to build
Many industry conversations converge around the central question if the streaming model is structurally working against artists, what do we build instead? He is now building an artist development platform at Venice Music together with co-founder Suzy Ryoo, where they empower independent artists to plan releases and run marketing without guesswork by pairing real human expertise with agentic systems. Their latest venture is CoManager: a software enabled music career manager that helps artists 24/7 on long term strategy, daily tasks and execution.
