ADE 30 YEARS presents Swan Lake Remixed for ADE at Gashouder on opening night

Opening ADE at Gashouder, this spectacular new production, created in collaboration with Het Nationale Ballet, ISH Dance Collective and XSAGA, brings together classical ballet, hip-hop dance and electronic music for a transformative live experience.

Almost 150 years after its premiere, the themes of Swan Lake: desire, freedom, temptation, and the tension between light and darkness, remain as relevant as ever. Its questions around identity, transformation and finding your own path continue to resonate today.

Created especially for ADE, the one-off production features dancers from Het Nationale Ballet and its Junior Company, performers from ISH Dance Collective and guest dancers from different dance worlds. Together, they create a physical and immersive experience, reshaping this iconic story through movement and sound.

The performance also marks several milestones: 150 years of Swan Lake in 2027, 10 years of collaboration between Het Nationale Ballet and ISH Dance Collective, and 25 years of XSAGA.
