Yegor Korobeynikov is the founder and CEO of Backspace Oddity, a growth engineering studio that builds systems for scalable and repeatable growth. At ADE he is talking with labels, artists, managers, and music companies about turning one-off moments — a release, a tour, a festival season — into growth that compounds instead of starting from zero each time. Previously he co-founded Superabundance, a venture studio for AI startups, led the rebrand from RealtimeBoard to Miro and built its in-house brand studio, and ran marketing at Sidekick Browser (acquired by Perplexity, now Comet).
