Thomas Scheele (DE)

Thomas (he/they) is a Senior Project Manager at VibeLab, based in Berlin. With over 15 years of experience in nightlife—as a performer, event host, promoter, and venue operator—and 10 years in nightlife advocacy.

Passionate about emerging trends and unconventional ideas, Thomas has led pioneering initiatives (Spree:publik, Fluctuations) to reshape waterways as public and cultural spaces. He is furthermore involved in (early stage) research on the economies of slow touring as a means to decarbonising the event sector

On a sidetone, Thomas is also a devoted House dancer and organiser in Berlin’s dance community, advocating for stronger connections between dance and club culture, health-enhancing nightlife experiences (including super clubbing), as well as improving the economic resilience of dance workers.
