Talina (GB)
Talina is a dynamic, experienced radio broadcaster, presenter, interviewer, and podcaster from Manchester, based in London. As well as establishing herself as a presenter with wit and curiosity, Talina's natural charm always creates a warm presence between her and her guests.
The breadth of Talina's presenting experience spans a range of popular and well-respected commercial, digital, and electronic radio shows. Some notable shows include her current weekday breakfast show on KISS Dance, as well as previous residencies on Rinse FM, where she hosted weekday drive-time, BBC Radio Oxford, Netil Radio, and a late-night show on Happy Radio Manchester.
In addition to being an accomplished radio broadcaster, Talina has hosted several Boiler Rooms, most recently including Rossi, Unlocked for KETTAMA, and Amnesia Ibiza for The Streets' headline show. Talina has also appeared as an interviewer on a commissioned Channel 4 documentary showcasing her journalist skills, as well as acting as one of the key presenters for 'Save Our Scene, a platform dedicated to keeping nightlife culture alive, and working as a presenter for Ministry of Sound.
This summer, Talina is set to work as the exclusive presenter at various festivals, including Parklife, Love Saves The Day, and Boiler Room - Burgess Park, where she will interview various artists on the lineup.
Talina has also put a lot of time and effort into her own personal content, curating and developing an interview series, 'Tea Time With Talina, which sees Talina interview a variety of talent in festivals, clubs, studios and music-related spaces, getting them to answer the public's dilemmas. The aim is for viewers to see these artists in a very different light than they may have seen them in before. As well as this, Talina co-hosts a football-focused podcast, ‹The Real Housewives of The Premier League', which brings together the worlds of football and music. Talina also previously set up and hosted her own podcast, 'South Asian Overground', a unique platform that introduces listeners to various important voices in the South Asian community.
