Sun O.C. (NL)

Sun O.C., also known as the Grime Librarian of Rotterdam, is a key figure in the Dutch UK sound scene. His love for UK Garage, Grime and Dubstep resonates through his sharply curated sets and productions. As a resident at Operator Radio, he hosts Grimey Hours, a platform where he shares his encyclopedic knowledge of Grime and UK bass culture and invites both international guests and artists from the Dutch scene. Building on the energy of the show, Grimey Hours also serves as a live concept, bringing Sun O.C.’s DJ sets together with MC performances from artists he has worked with across the Dutch Grime scene.

Beyond his work as a DJ, he is also the driving force behind Tifa Apintie — an event that connects Surinamese and Moluccan culture through club music, live acts and storytelling. Currently, Sun O.C. is working on a series of original releases where his deep-rooted passion for UK sounds merges with Surinamese influences. With these tracks, he positions himself not only as a DJ but also as a producer, actively shaping a unique sound that bridges his cultural background with the international club scene. A creative force with vision, guaranteed to deliver heavy basslines and energy on the dancefloor.
