Stan Wagterveld (NL)

Born in the Netherlands, Stan Wagterveld’s first rave experience happened 12 years ago. Quickly grabbed by the scene, his love for the music he encountered propelled him to DJing, first tech house then techno. During his nursing school studies, he remained active in the scene by playing and going to parties. A friend introduced Stan to Dutch techno DJ and producer Reinier Zonneveld, who saw his connection and passion for the music and the industry and gave him the opportunity to join his team as label manager of Filth on Acid, founded by Reinier. Since then, Stan combines his work at Filth on Acid with being a part-time Intensive Care Unit nurse, while still also playing the decks, often as part of Filth on Acid’s line-up at various events and festivals.
