Sorza (NL)

Based in Amsterdam, SORZA moves freely between halftime, experimental bass, broken club music and electronic hip hop.

Different tempos. Unusual structures. Deep low end and detailed sound design, always tied together by movement and progression.

Known as one half of drum & bass duo The Outsiders, his solo project opened the door to something far less restricted. His debut album I IDENTIFY arrived through Alpha Pup Records in 2021, followed by RE IDENTIFY. In 2024, he joined VISION with the ten track Pillars, bringing together halftime foundations, organic instrumentation and experimental electronic production. That world expanded through Pillars (Rebuilt), with reworks from artists including Tsuruda, Vorso, Nymfo, Culprate and ALEPH, followed by Roth with AMNES and EMSKI on Sable Valley.

No fixed tempo.
No predictable route.
No reason to stay inside the lines.

Expect halftime pressure, broken rhythms and bass music that keeps changing shape.
