Selim Erdil (NL)

Selim Erdil is the founder of S.E.S., creating bespoke speaker systems that merge precision engineering with purposeful design. Trained in architecture and engineering, he spent 25 years shaping spaces before returning to his first passion — sound.

His work combines technical accuracy with a strong understanding of how sound interacts with architecture. Selim’s systems are designed for specific environments, taking into account acoustics, aesthetics, and functionality. He has completed projects in both Turkey and the Netherlands, ranging from small listening spaces to high-capacity clubs. Each installation involves detailed acoustic measurement, careful tuning, and custom construction. Selim’s approach is hands-on, from concept and design to installation and final calibration. In his masterclass, he shares practical insights from years of building and integrating audio systems, focusing on how to achieve accurate, engaging sound in real-world spaces.
