Sanaz Rastad (NL)

Sanaz Rastad has made it her personal goal to transfer the never-ending enthusiasm and devotion she feels for the music and events industry to others. To say Sanaz lives for helping others find their way in the industry would be an understatement. She's been the go-to person if you need anything fixed or set up for years now, first starting her career at one of the most well-known nightclubs in Amsterdam, Jimmy Woo. From programming across borders for the club by booking Don Diablo, DJ Snake, and Diplo, she later developed her own club concept with the famous Dutch artist Bizzey. Their joint project is now one of the most successful hip-hop nights of the Amsterdam Dance Event, where she later started working as their Festival Manager in 2021. Besides her unstoppable hunger to produce, take risks, and help others along their journey, she has the true spirit of a social entrepreneur. In 2022, Sanaz started her own Artist Management and Talent Scouting Agency, called Next To Agency, where she pours her heart and soul and then some into the careers of the artists and sounds she's trying to push forward: Hayzee (SOUTHEAST HAYES ), Pantonepapi and Kingdom Sound who represent her love for UK Garage, Grime, House, Afrobeat and hip-hop.
