Rick Gleave is the Founder of The Music Foundry, a global music and technology consultancy helping companies navigate the increasingly complex intersection of music, technology, rights, data and commercial growth.

With more than 25 years’ experience across the international music and technology industries, Rick has held senior leadership roles spanning streaming, digital music services and music technology, including leading Tuned Global’s business across the UK, Europe and MENA and helping launch Pandora in Australia and New Zealand.

Today, through The Music Foundry, Rick works with music-tech companies, rights holders, platforms and investors on everything from licensing and go-to-market strategy to metadata, AI, digital transformation and new business models. He also sits on the Advisory Board of Synchtank and the Advisory Board of Music Technology UK.

A regular speaker and moderator at international music and technology events, Rick brings a practical perspective on how technology is reshaping the way music is created, managed, licensed, distributed and monetised.
