Nick V (FR)

Founder of the "La Mona" party series and the Mona Musique label, as well as curator of the "House Of Riviera" compilations, Nick V is a Parisian DJ with an established reputation.

Born in Manchester, he immersed himself in house culture during the 1980s. He launched his career in 1994 at the legendary Parisian club Le Queen, going on to hold residencies at several iconic venues in the capital. Since 2008, he has hosted La Mona, an inclusive event where house, disco, and dance enthusiasts come together in an atmosphere of positive energy.

While primarily focused on house, Nick’s sets also incorporate disco and techno; his keen sense of the dancefloor has earned him a solid reputation both in France and internationally. A respected music curator (working with 22tracks, Hotel Lancaster, etc.), he favors vinyl—a passion and collection he has cultivated since 1984, spanning the various eras and movements of dance music. In 2016, he founded the Mona Musique label, bringing together French talents like Hugo LX, Tim 2T, and Lea Lisa alongside international artists such as Karizma and Rich Medina. His latest project, *House Of Riviera*, shines a light on lost gems of early 90s Italian house music through a two-volume vinyl compilation series.

For 30 years, Nick V has performed regularly at clubs and festivals in France and abroad, driven by an undiminished passion for making the crowd move on the dancefloor.
